Ulrike Schmitt assists clients with legal matters that involve both personal and business aspects.
Succession planning, asset structure, and business decisions often involve not only legal arrangements but also personal goals, family dynamics, and economic conditions. Decisions in these areas are interrelated and must be structured to be sustainable over the long term.
As a notary and attorney, Ulrike Schmitt develops clear, understandable, and legally sound solutions for these matters and ensures their binding implementation. She provides clarity on available options and legal consequences and supports her clients throughout all phases of implementation – from initial structuring and drafting of contracts to the final notarization and execution. She advises private individuals and small-to-medium-sized businesses, particularly on succession planning, corporate law matters, and the structuring and execution of real estate transactions.
This includes, among other things, the formation, restructuring, and succession planning of companies; the drafting of estate planning arrangements; as well as real estate purchase agreements, gifts, declarations of partition, and the creation of real property liens.
