Marc Grünbaum advises clients in situations where real estate structures must be sustainable in the long term.
In the residential and commercial real estate sectors, situations arise in which contracts, ownership structures, and economic use are closely intertwined. Decisions made in this context often have long-term implications and must therefore be sound.
Marc Grünbaum analyzes these situations and develops solutions that are legally sound and economically viable. He provides clarity on the relevant issues and consistently represents his clients – both in and out of court, all the way through to enforcement proceedings.
He advises national and international clients, particularly on the drafting of lease and tenancy agreements – including those related to hotel real estate – as well as on condominium law and foreclosure auctions.
Another area of focus is providing support for real estate transactions – from due diligence through to closing – as well as advising real estate agents on structuring and enforcing their claims.
